Everyone knows that cupcakes absolutely take the cake – especially in regard to a sweet treat to serve at kids’ parties or as a classroom treat. When looking for the next big trend within cupcakes, it’s not about new and different sweet flavors, but turning the traditional cupcake into a savory delight! Thats right. Bakeries across the country are starting to introduce gourmet savory cupcakes to delight us. I think it would also be a fun idea to serve at kids’ parties – especially given the portion size and how easily your party meal can be served to your guests. Certainly something to keep in mind as you plan your party menu.
