Gobble, gobble!

Looking for a quick craft to enjoy with your kids this month, and to keep with the Thanksgiving spirit?

How about a Leaf Turkey?

Send the kids out to gather a collection of beautiful leaves and one pinecone too!

Once the leaves have been gathered, place them on a large piece of orange construction paper in a fan shape.  Use a glue gun or stick to attach the leaves to the paper.

Then glue the pinecone to the bottom center of your fan of leaves.

Use googly eyes for the turkey’s eyes and place on the top of the pinecone.

Make an orange beak and a red wobbler using felt material.  Glue on to the pinecone.

Let it dry and hang up for a festive craft decoration.
