The “dog days” of August are upon us, and so you may want to consider a Faux Surfing Party for your kids this month. It is a great summer theme, and would be easy to do. Actually, you could do a lot of activities from The Luau Party Plan, but add a few other games/activiites to make it more “surfy!”

Faux Surfing Party Ideas:

As a decoration, set up a “Surf Club” where you have the drinks and snacks for the kids. Make sure to make a big “Surf Club” sign.

Put surfboards around as a decoration. You can use ironing boards as a fun alternative. Just put beach towels on them to dress them up to fit the theme.
