What is Peppers and Pollywogs' Card Central?
Card Central is a Peppers and Pollywogs' service for you to customize and buy cards.
How does Card Central Work?
You can select and customize a card for your special occasion in 4 steps:
- Select a card you wish to customize.
- Customize by entering information in the relevant sections and preview
your card.
- Purchase your card using Google Checkout.
- Print your card on one of the many paper formats available to print on.

- Or get the card printed by us. This option is available for most cards, and you
may choose this option before adding the card to the shopping cart.
What can I expect from this service?
You can expect to quickly and easily customize and print professionally-designed
cards for your special occasion, or get custom printed cards from us.
I ordered a flat rate printable card but my order status shows as "not yet shipped"?
No, you didn't make a mistake ordering! We use the same ordering system for both
printable cards and cards we print and ship. This message is shown when your account
is going through a review by Google and takes an hour at most. You will receive
an email once your card is ready.
What paper do you print cards on?
When you order printed cards from us, we print on bright white 90 lb index card
stock. The paper surface is a smooth (non-glossy) finish 96 brightness sheet.
Do you include envelopes?
We also supply white envelopes with note-card size cards. We do not supply envelopes
with post-cards since most people do not use envelopes with that size.
How soon can I expect my cards to arrive?
We will ship within 3 business days of receiving the order. All our orders are
shipped by USPS priority mail or UPS ground, and USPS delivers most priority mail
within 2 business days. In most cases, you will receive the cards within a week
of ordering.
I am not satisfied with the quality of the cards. Can I return the cards?
Email us at support@pepperspollywogs.com with your order number and the cards you
are returning. We will provide you an RMA number that you should enclose with your
returned merchandise. Returns must be completed within 30 days of receiving your
shipment. We will process returns within 7 days of receiving the returned merchandise.
Returns are only allowed when we print cards for you, and not for create-and-print
card orders.
There is a mistake in the cusomized card I created, i.e. a misspelling, wrong date, etc.
What will Peppers and Pollywogs do to correct the mistake and get my card to me?
As the customer, you have chosen the card, customized it, and previewed the card and
then paid for it. The PDF file that is generated and/or the cards you receive in
the mail are exactly as you created them.Peppers and Pollywogs is not responsible
for the content on the cards or any mistakes that may have happened when you customized
your card. As a result, you will need to re-order your card through the Card Central system
for the addiitonal cost of the card if you need a mistake corrected
We highly recommend that when you customize your card, that you preview the language,
spelling, dates, and all other details thoroughly that you have typed in to keep these
mistakes from occurring.
Can I get any card printed by you?
At this time, we print most but not all cards. The option to print cards will be
shown to you if available. However, you can customize and print any card yourself.
Who are the graphic artists?
We carefully select graphics artists who create unique designs. Click on the "zoom"
icon to see who the card was designed by.
I know a graphic artist who may be interested in designing cards, what should
I do?
Refer them to our
Card Designers Page. We request all designers interested in selling cards
through Card Central to provide us with their contact information and card samples.
We will contact them if we determine that they are a good fit for our customers.
Why are their character and line limits on the customization page?
Character and line limits are placed by graphic designers who designed the cards.
These limits are placed because the designers have determined that additional
letters or lines in that location will not be visually aesthetic.
Can cards be customized in different languages?
You may be able to customize some cards in different languages. Please click on
cards that you like and see if they can be customized.
What is the cost?
Costs are listed when you select the card.
How many cards do I get when I place an order?
For each customized design you purchase, you can print as many cards as you want
for one price.
Do you offer any cards other than kids' invitations?
Peppers and Pollywogs is focused on kids' parties, but some of our cards may be
used for other occasions as well. We will continue to add additional cards to our
website. Please check back regularly or subscribe to our
newsletter.
Is there any difference printing from a PC or a MAC?
You can create and print cards on a Macintosh or a PC. You should have Adobe Acrobat
Reader installed to be able to print.
What is Google Checkout?
Google Checkout is a payment service operated by Google Inc. More information about

Can I pay Peppers and Pollywogs directly without using Google Checkout?
At this time, we accept Google Checkout as our sole method of payment. However,
Google Checkout accepts all major credit cards.
My credit card was charged, but I didn't receive my card.
Peppers and Pollywogs never charges a credit card before fulfilling an order. If
you haven't received an email from us with a link to your card, you may access your
card by selecting the 'My Cards' link on the Cards page.
You will need your Google Order number and billing zip-code to access the card.

What can I do if I am not satisfied?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on cards that you order. If you are
concerned about the quality of the card, please try printing out a sample before
purchasing. We always look for feedback regarding how to improve our product. You
